BRIEF THERAPY

No one’s mind is invulnerable.

The pressures and challenges our lives treat us with can sometimes push us into a mental spaces that we struggle to get out of. Despite our best efforts, resolving mental struggles alone can be really difficult. It’s important to note that not all of that work can or needs to be done alone. That’s why help exists.

In brief therapy I offer you a space to share what’s on your mind and to be heard and understood.

This is an opportunity for you to explore your thoughts, emotions and internal experiences with someone who can help you reflect on them in a way that allows you to make the most of them.

Is brief therapy for you?

This is for anyone who finds themselves having a specific mental struggle that has mild to moderate negative impact on their life and who want to take steps into resolving it. This is the space for you to be heard and to explore what can be done to find working solutions.

Brief therapy aims to help make a difference in a relatively short amount of time compared to long term therapy. Duration can range from 1-20 sessions, depending how long you feel like you want or need to work on your chosen topic preferably once a week.

PSYCHOLOGICAL COACHING

Mental and emotional skills aren’t commonly taught: dealing with uncomfortable thoughts, managing anger, being mindful, self control, mental resilience - to name a few. They tend to be things we mostly just figure out ourselves, and they often have a defining impact on our everyday lives and in the successes of our relationships, professional efforts, financial management… you name it

These are skills that anyone can learn. With me you have a space and a time and support to practice.

Your mind is a muscle. In psychological coaching we take time to explore your inner habits and hone mental skills that you want to improve.

Is psychological coaching for you?

You have an opportunity to explore your goals and aspirations and how your mental habits influence them. Consider this your mind’s gym where you can train your mental muscles and the skills that support your progress towards the things you are aiming for.

Psychological coaching can be done in intervals that you find most effective, not forgetting that just like at the gym, consistency is key. I’ll help you to stay accountable of your goals and support you in finding ways to improve that suite you effectively.
